Its location was central, easy walk to Chester Cathedral. Food was good and cheap; the staff were professional.

Cheap accommodation with perfect location near the campus. The staff was highly efficient, and requests were handled quickly.

Ordered breakfast, it was very disappointing, it should be far better, really.

There was a beautiful lobby. The bathroom was luxury & the bedroom was pretty nice. Hospitality from the whole staff.

Didn't like the area, it was not that good.

All was fairly clean, I loved very good staff and rooms. Had amazing dishes in a pleasant restaurant. I've had a really really nice stay in a Wetherspoons hotel.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

First class staff and location. We loved cereals and eggs for breakfast. Magnificent view of ocean. Attractive reception. Only 5 minutes walking to downtown.

I had terrific days staying at this kid-friendly hotel. I loved the funny staff and absolutely fantastic breakfasts. The location was picturesque, not too far from walls of chester. The pool was good and the garden - nice.

A CONVENIENT hotel, we had a fantastic stay. Quick check-in and efficient check-out, plus the staff was sincere. Room was warm - really enjoyed the wonderful bathroom.

Staff was extremely polite, rooms were generally clean, property was lovely relaxed. The takeaway breakfast was marvellous, had cereal, bacon and eggs. We easily caught the bus right next to the hotel at bull & stirrup bus station:)))
